About Us

Our History:

Sought Out has been actively serving the Hampton Roads area since 1987. Founded by Katherine M. Allen, Sought Out was established to stand alongside churches and individuals promoting relational and sexual wholeness. Sought Out asserts that change is possible for the person who desires freedom from broken relationships, issues of abuse, sexual addictions, and homosexuality.

Our Purpose:

Sought Out is committed to being a safe, confidential and equipped place to help restore very private parts of lives and families.

Our Vision:

To equip people to walk in sexual and relational wholeness through Jesus Christ.

Our Leadership:

Sought Out is directed by degreed and licensed staff. We also depend on a pool of over 50 trained volunteers, many who have walked the road of healing themselves.
